Compliance And Transaction Monitoring:

Applications are submitted through our online Know Your Customer (KYC) platform, where our team conducts due diligence in line with our internal processes and the requirements of applicable law, with support available from start to finish.

The licence, the ownership, the compliance framework and the testing behind it are all examined before anything opens, and the arrangement is reviewed regularly afterwards rather than looked at once, so that any change within the business is identified promptly.

Each application is also screened against Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and international sanctions requirements, and transactions are monitored on an ongoing basis against the profile agreed during onboarding for as long as the bank account remains open.

Segregation And Safeguarding:

Our segregation and safeguarding measures apply to all funds held in client accounts, in line with every requirement of applicable law, and are reviewed regularly so that client funds remain protected at all times.

Client funds are held separately from our own operating funds at all times, so they are never used for our own business purposes, never lent or invested onward, and never mixed with the funds of any other client.

Every amount held for a client is segregated and safeguarded, either in a dedicated safeguarding account at a credit institution or in secure liquid assets such as short dated government debt, so that each balance is protected at every stage.

Funds remain available to each client in full on demand, with balances reconciled regularly so that the amount safeguarded always matches the total amount held on behalf of each client, giving every client full confidence in how its funds are held.

Countries And Jurisdictions

Our services are available to corporations that are incorporated and registered in all countries and jurisdictions recognised by the United Nations (UN) (besides the countries and the jurisdictions which are outlined in the ‘Prohibited: Countries and Jurisdictions’ outlined below for ease of reference).

‘High-Risk’: Countries And Jurisdictions:

Corporations incorporated or registered in countries and jurisdictions identified by the European Commission as having strategic deficiencies in their Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) frameworks may be subject to enhanced due diligence, additional Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and other regulatory compliance measures as part of the onboarding process. Please refer to the adjacent link for the most current list of countries and jurisdictions identified by the European Commission as having strategic deficiencies – Strategic Deficiencies – European Commission.

Strategic deficiencies are significant weaknesses in a country or jurisdiction’s AML and CTF frameworks that could increase the risk of money laundering or terrorist financing.
